How many photos do you need?
Eight or more. That is what gives a likeness you will recognise — different angles, backgrounds and lighting, with your pet clear and sharp in frame. Two is the technical minimum, but the portraits will be noticeably weaker. Photos from far away, with other animals in them, or with a filter applied make the result worse.
How long does it take?
The full set usually takes a few hours, and we promise it within 24 hours of your payment. If it ever runs late, you get an automatic message from us — you never have to chase it.
What happens to the photos of my pet?
We use your photos only to make your portraits. They are deleted as soon as your portraits are delivered. The temporary AI model trained on them is deleted 14 days after delivery, once your do-over window has closed. We never sell anything on, and we never use your photos for another customer. Everything is set out in the privacy policy, including the fact that processing may take place outside the European Economic Area.
Does this work for my cat too?
Yes. Dogs and cats each have their own trained styles. Other species will follow later.
What if the result disappoints?
Then we make a complete new set for you, free of charge — up to twice. See the happiness guarantee. If something goes wrong technically, we retry automatically and let you know if it takes longer.
Can I cancel my order?
Portraits are made specially for you from your own photos. That places them under the statutory exception to the right of withdrawal for custom-made goods. You agree to this explicitly when you order. Our own happiness guarantee stands in its place. Read the terms and conditions.
